"Pretty solid sound for the money"
For the price, I’m impressed. The sound is nice, the bass hits harder than I thought it would, and vocals come through clearly. Is it flawless? Not really. At max volume it can get a little sharp here and there, but what do you expect at this price point? Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Noise cancelling isn’t great"
I bought these mostly for my daily commute, especially the train ride in the morning, but the noise cancelling barely seems to do anything. I can still hear people talking, doors closing, and all the usual background noise around me. They’re okay otherwise, but I’m disappointed since that was the main reason I got them

"Battery might be going bad"
I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if the battery is just wearing out, but it barely lasts two hours now. It used to be fine, so this has been frustrating.

"After a few months my earbuds started acting..."
After a few months my earbuds started acting up, and I figured the warranty process was going to be a hassle right away. I contacted support, and to be fair, they did honor it and sent me a replacement. The only thing was the replies took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the issue twice, which made me assume nobody was really tracking the first message. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped...

"Comfy fit, even after a few hours"
These fit my ears surprisingly well, like they sit right in that little spot without needing constant adjusting. They’re light enough that I kind of forgot they were there after a while. I wore them for a few hours straight and didn’t get that sore or pinchy feeling around my ears, which I usually notice quickly. Overall, really happy with how comfortable they are.
